WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER?
After you place your order, our Pharmacist will get in touch with you to validate your order and delivery details, Please make sure you include a working email address at check-out, since this will be where your invoice will be delivered.

How do I pay for my order?
You can pay via bank transfer/bank deposit to our company’s bank account.

How would I know if my order went through?

How long does it take to process my order?
For Metro Manila and outskirt provinces, our Fulfillment Team will do the Same Day Shipment cut off is 5pm.
For distant location like Davao, Cebu, Boracay etc. we have daily air cargo schedule cut off is 11 am for same day delivery, orders beyond cut off will be deliver the next day.

It will be shipped out in an insulated styrofoam container with gel and ice packs inside(if applicable), so the medicine will not be compromise and to maintain in transit temperatures to protect the integrity of the medicines.
We Ship WORLDWIDE with minimal delivery fee of 50 US dollars, we will shoulder the rest of the shipping and custom fees. Payment is through Wise, Remitly, Payby or any similar payment option of your choice as long as you can deposit your payment in our company’s bank details provided in check out section.
